Processing & Shipping
Our processing time varies depending on the size of your order, as each product is printed individually.
Typically, it takes us 1-3 days to prepare your items for shipment.
Our print shops and warehouses are strategically located in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, and Latvia. Customers within Europe will receive their items from our European warehouses, ensuring a seamless experience without concerns about customs and taxes.
We offer shipping almost worldwide, ensuring that our products can reach you wherever you are.
Unlike other Anime "brands" we do not drop-ship from China.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
If you've chosen the wrong size, shirt, or color, or if you simply need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible before we begin printing and shipping your items.
Once items are printed, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated, and you'll need to return them to us.For any order edits or changes, kindly inform us via our order help page promptly.
Our returns policy extends for 28 days after you've received your item. If this period has elapsed, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.Should your order arrive incorrect or damaged, rest assured, we'll provide a free replacement, and there's no need to return the item.
If items don't fit and you'd like an exchange, please return the item to our warehouses in the EU, UK, or US.To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
To initiate an exchange or return request, kindly complete our order help form, and we'll promptly assist you.If your order is delayed beyond the shipping time-frame, and there are no tracking updates for more than 21 days, you'll be eligible for a free replacement.
Please note that orders older than 90 days will be closed, unless prior contact has been made with us regarding the order.
