Shipping & Location

Where are your Items printed & shipped from?
Our blank garments are sourced from a variety of suppliers and countries. All our garments are sweatshop free.

We bring the blank garments to our warehouses in the USA, Spain, UK, Australia, Latvia & Canada where we then print/embroider on them.
Will my order come with tracking?
Yes. Your order will be fully tracked throughout the entire journey.
How long until my items arrive?
Our processing time depends on the size of your order.

Each product we send is uniquely hand printed specifically for you.

It takes us about 1-5 days of production to prepare/craft your items before we ship them.

Unlike other Anime "brands" we do not drop-ship from China.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my item doesn't fit and I want to size up/down?
We offer peace of mind with a generous refund/exchange program. if you discover that our items don't fit as expected and want to size up/down simply navigate to our returns portal and submit an exchange request. We will then send you instructions on sending back the items for an exchange.
I don't like the item and want to refund it, what do I do?
Don't like your item? No problem, we have a hassle free 28 day refund window.  Simply navigate to our returns portal and submit a refund request. We will then send you instructions on sending back the items for an full refund to your original payment method.
If I want to send the items back for a refund/exchange where do I send it to?
As of 2024, Iced Tea Aesthetics has warehouse facilities in the USA, Canada, EU (Spain & Latvia), Australia & the UK. You may send the item to any of our warehouses.
My item arrived damaged/incorrect what do I do?
In the rare case that your item arives either incorrect or damaged, contact us immediately and we will arrange a reshipment ASAP.

About our items

What are your items made of?
Our T-Shirts, Long Sleeves & Oversized Tees are all made of 100% cotton.

Our standard T-Shirts & Long Sleeves are made from combed & ring spun cotton resulting in a very smooth and soft touch.

Our Oversized Tees are made from 100% carded cotton blend. They are thick and sturdy but still soft on your body

Our Sweaters & Hoodies are both 65% cotton and 35% polyester - with a 100% cotton exterior.
What is the fit like?

All our items are standard men's US/EU sizes.
They are not Asian sizes - They are not drop-shipped from China.

Our T-Shirts and Long Sleeves are a standard retail fit.

Our Oversized Items are - You guessed it! Oversized loose fits. With dropped shoulders and a lot of room to move in.

Our Hoodies and Sweaters are regular fits.

We suggest women purchase 1-2 sizes smaller.

What is the print like?
Almost all our items are printed via DTG (Direct To Garment) this means that the print is inside the garment not on stuck on top of it (it doesn't feel like a layer of plastic or a sticker on top). 

This results in a smooth and flowy print that doesn't stick to your body and blends into the item.
Where are your garments made?
Our blank garments are sourced from a variety of suppliers and countries. All our garments are sweatshop free. The printing and embroidering is all done within the US, EU, UK, Canada & Australia.

Washing & Care

How do I take care of my printed/embroidered Item?
You can throw your shirts and hoodies in the wash, they enjoy the bath and love the water.
Just make sure that:
  • They are turned inside out (print/design on the inside).
  • They are washed with similar colors.
  • They are not washed at more than 30°C/90°F.
  • They are not bleached.
  • Try avoid drying them with a machine, heat and cotton are not nice friends.
  • To iron - Turn the shirt inside out and iron on the backside.
What if my item gets damaged in the wash?
In the rare case that your item gets damaged in the wash and instructions were followed, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. However keep in mind that any order over 90 days old will not be eligible for a replacement.
